Job Description:
As a Sustainability Business Development Executive Manager with ATI CONSULTING, you are responsible for identifying and targeting forward-thinking companies across the globe who will value our Sustainability services, managing existing international accounts, delivering tailor-made sustainability solutions to clients. You will work alongside the operations team to coordinate project execution and help grow and maintain relationships with key existing accounts. You will also be responsible for identifying and securing new major accounts from multinational companies across all industries.

ATI CONSULTING is seeking a Sustainability Business Development Executive Manager with strong sustainability consulting experience to join our Sustainability Consulting Team.

Through ATI CONSULTING’s combination of software, data, and expertise, we are in the unique position to support companies in their sustainability journey as they set sustainable targets and map out their path to net zero emissions.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
· Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services
· Support business case creation and validation
· Find and develop new markets and business accounts
· Form and share data-driven insights with key business partners
· Contact potential clients to establish report and arrange meetings
· Foster and develop business relationships with new and existing clients
· Understand the needs of potential customers and be able to respond effectively with the right solution plan
· Conducts ad hoc analyses to support critical business decisions
· Think and work strategically - setting aims and objectives to develop and improve business sales
· Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
· Define promotional strategy and sales activities to submit for approval by company executives
· Keep abreast of trends and changes in the sustainability business world
· Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones
· Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
· Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
· Develop goals for the development team to ensure business growth
· Train personnel and help team members develop strong business development skills
· Drive sales representatives to attain business growth objectives through new business wins and new market share captures.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in international business, marketing or related field, MBA preferred
· Candidate must be highly motivated, ambitious, and flexible
· Possess a high level of energy and integrity
· Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent focus on business: awareness of competitive environment, ability to always look for new opportunities
· Creative thinker who takes the initiative to get tasks completed and investigates new ways of accomplishing goals
· Ability to meet or consistently exceed sales quotas
· High-level knowledge of sustainability toolsets a plus
· Experience selling complex and large technical sustainability solutions to multinational companies
· Expertise with understanding and articulating technical sustainability concepts in areas such scope 1 & 2 carbon accounting is a plus
· Establish experience in sales, marketing, or related field
· Proven negotiation and closing skills
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
· Excellent organizational skills
· Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant sustainability business software
